Habilitation
Focusing on Growth and Goal Achievement
Our Habilitation services are designed to help members develop, maintain, and improve the skills necessary for daily living. We focus on person-centered goals—from mastering self-care and social skills to learning how to navigate the community safely.
Our Approach: We work closely with the Individual Support Plan (ISP) to ensure every hour spent is an hour moving toward a more independent future.
Attendant Care
Essential Support for Daily Life
We provide hands-on assistance to help members remain safely in their own homes. Our trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assist with essential tasks such as:
Personal care (bathing, grooming, and hygiene)
Meal preparation and nutrition
Light housekeeping related to the member’s needs
Assistance with mobility and community access
Respite Care
Supporting the Strength of the Family
Caregiving is a journey that requires balance. Our Respite services offer primary caregivers a necessary break, knowing their loved one is in safe, capable hands. Whether it’s for a few hours or a planned weekend, we provide consistent, high-quality supervision and engagement.
